Danielle Utting - Director
(BA (Deakin, BSW (Monash). Danielle is a Social Worker with over 20 years experience in a variety of settings, working with individuals and families to support them to make decisions at critical life stages. With a passion for working with older people and ensuring their wishes for an enriched life are fulfilled, she assists by helping to implement practical solutions to support their decisions. She has specialist knowledge and interest in the support of people with dementia, and providing the person and their family with strategies to create more sustainable and caring relationships.
Danielle joined the Care3 team as an advisor in 2014 and took over ownership of the business from Penny Holcolmbe in 2017.
Jane Boag - Advisor
B. App. Sc. (Occupational Therapy), Grad. Dip. Community Health, GAICD
Since beginning her career as a clinician, Jane has held a variety of senior and executive roles in health and related fields in government bodies, state owned bodies and in the not for profit sector. Within these roles Jane has demonstrated her focus on positive client experiences and outcomes. Her particular interest is promoting quality of life regardless of age or ability.
As a project manager, she had successfully delivered projects in the fields of training, accreditation and service delivery. She also has extensive experience in quality and risk management, workshop facilitation, conflict resolution and working directly with families during times of significant change related to health or ageing.
Currently Jane is a member of the Board of Management at Mayflower aged care, Chairs the Committee of Management of the Kevin Heinz Garden Centre, a therapeutic horticulture initiative and has previously held voluntary Director roles with the Whitehorse Community Health Service and The Australian Children's Choir.
In addition to providing advice around all aspects of ageing and care options, Jane is able to assess and provide recommendations around safe environments and equipment to support people in their home.
Penny Holcolmbe - Founder

Following a successful career in the aged care sector, Penny founded Care3 to provide individuals and families with personal and practical support to assist older people and their families at a challenging stage of life.
Penny is also a dog lover and is a committee member of Noah's Bark Dog Rescue Inc
All members of the Care3 team have extensive aged care expertise spanning the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in hospital, community and residential settings.
From a strong commitment to supporting older members of our community Care3 understand the difficulties faced by an increasing number of older people, their families and nominated representatives, when trying to navigate the aged care system to source care options of personalised choice that match their requirements.
Their extensive knowledge and wide-ranging aged care networks established through long term associations, enables Care3 to assess and source responsive services that provide choice and address the complexities of declining wellbeing and changing living-styles.
The Care3 team problem solves, consults, instigates and monitors workable solutions during times of change and uncertainty.
